Learned basic life skills with 23 years in Michigan, expanded and developed professional precious l skills over 25 years in California where I worked in wireless telecommunications as a technologists building wireless networks in US and abroad, became a marketeer/salesperson before joining the ranks of executive professionals operating and managing wireless networks. Reevaluated, and decided I wanted to work on the other side of life - more right brain leaning. Moved to Hawaii after traveling tons for biz and pleasure.

I love the ocean, swimming, hiking - exploring Maui could not have been better with the freedom I had in those precious moments adrift in Aloha. Bali became home away from home where I can be found today if not on an adventure somewhere else in Asia. Left Maui over a year ago not knowing when I'd return and Asia has my attention. Not having to sit still but finding such peace in Bali makes it difficult to continue the journey elsewhere. Still, I travel, open to host others as I begin to search for homes to temporarily reside for months at a time in one place or another. Hope to meet you on the other side of complacency.

Three months in one location seems short but long enough to get a good feel for the culture, economics and write a book. Writing is easier and more fun in foreign environments where most things are unfamiliar, which put me into a new creative mold. I'm in for a long haul.
