About Me

Rather interested.

If the concept of personal philosophy is based on the assumption that you be able to think on your own, then this must be the reason why I prefer to nick quotes from others, I think.

1. Ju längre bort jag reser desto mindre blir jag.
The further away I travel, the smaller I appear. /Jesper Waldersten

2. La superstizione porta sfortuna.
Superstition brings bad luck. /Umberto Eco

3. Lisa, if the Bible has taught us nothing else -and it hasn't- it's that girls should stick to girls sports, such as hot oil wrestling and foxy boxing and such and such. /Homer J. Simpson

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The Freedom Bike

Fellow CSer William Brown left Szabadság (Freedom) in our courtyard before he almost left for his pilgrimage in 2007. It was a bike meant to be offered to all Berlin CS visitors. The poor citybikish thing got stolen right away, so:
As Freedom is now gone since that lovely summer night, now I provide Freedom II., the new generation. Szabi Freiheitlein is a tiny, quick, green folding bike, a single-speed egomaniac with coaster brake, and a great urge to hit the streets of Berlin. You have the chance to ride that shiny petit thing on wheels, the inheritor of a great past, and be a rolling part of Berlin's wide streets.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Have experienced old people growing older and pass away.

I've spent an autumn afternoon reading in a shed, lying amidst books: they were scattered over the whole floor in one huge pile.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm good at conversations - one of the best ways of sharing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, drawings.
