CURRENT MISSION

To meet as many people as I can around the world, see and do as many things as I possibly, humanly can, and perfect my Spanish before starting dental school in July of 2009.

ABOUT ME

I am 22 and I teach English in Malaga, Spain. I am going to start dental school in Alabama this July. I love a good time (as do most people...) and am always ready to take on the next adventure. I'll try most things at least once because life is short and I believe you should take full advantage of every moment. I love people. I can't get enough of traveling the world and won't be satisfied til I see it all!! My passion is Spanish and learning about other cultures. I'm very talkative and pretty easy-going for the most part.

PHILOSOPHY

First and formeost, I love God. My faith makes up a lot of my personal philosophies. I'm a dreamer and I'm a romantic. I believe in love. I try to look at life with a positive attitude, even in the darkest of times. I've had expereiences with bad people but I still believe there are good, solid people through and through in the world. I hope and strive to be one of those people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm always open to doing anything that opens doors to meeting new people and seeing new places and I feel like this is the perfect opportunity to do both. One thing I love about traveling is finding the local areas of a place and getting advice from people who really know the area. It allows you to get a real feel for a place more than just tourist driven activities (which I enjoy as well).

Música, películas y libros

This is always a hard section for me to complete because I love such a wide array of genres of movies, music, and books. I love romance movies and novels but I also enjoy action and thrillers. So it really depends on what day you catch me on.

Algo increíble que he hecho

One of my favorite traveling moments was getting to swim with a fleet of wild dolphins in the Galapagos Islands. On the same day, we swam with wild penguins. It was crazy to get to do both at all, much less in the same day and same place!! Penguins have always been my favorite animal so it was basically a dream come true.
