About Me

CURRENT MISSION

to learn and stay curious

ABOUT ME

Hm what can I say about myself in this little box? I'm currently studying Geography at Durham University, and am a member of its international development society. I grew in a small historic city in the middle of England and have only just escaped it (to an even smaller historic city!!) so I want to explore the world a lot more!

PHILOSOPHY

Always keep learning, always ask questions, stop worrying, stop whinging :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all sorts of music from Bon Iver to Sting to Rachmaninov! (The Cure, Young The Giant, Bombay Bicycle Club, Poliça, Local Natives, Jack Johnson, Phoenix, Rhye, Aretha Franklin, The Beatles, The National, Daughter, Nancy Sinatra, London Grammar, Hall & Oates, The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, James Blake and many many more) and have played the piano since I was four.

Films hmmm, Garden State, V for Vendetta, Django Unchained, Baz Luhrmann's Great Gatsby, The King's Speech, The Breakfast Club - these are the ones that spring to mind but there are many more!

As for books, I love the Motorcycle Diaries, anything by Jonathan Safran Foer, travel writing (Bill Bryson...)
