About Me

I'm a laid back, open-minded person, who has most of the time a smile on the face and I'm open for every crazy idea.

Happiness is not a destination it is a way of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With couchsurfing it is way easier to get to know the culture of a country than with spending your time in a hotel. And of course it's a great chance to get to know new amazing people.

Interests

I'm quite into music. No matter if it means going to concerts, listening or dancing to it or of course playing instruments. Since I'm little I'm playing the piano and lately the harp and I've always wanted to learn how to play the guitar.
Besides I'm interested in languages, because it's just crazy, how everyone of us has his own way to express himself.
I love being in the nature and around animals, because in Germany I grew up with lots of animals like sheep, rabbits, chickens, geese, ducks, a dog, the most amazing guinea pigs.

Music, Movies, and Books

Generally everything that touches my heart. But lots of different stuff does that. So it's hard to say. But I always love to discover new music and I'm open to everything (:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 16 my family had an exchange student from Brazil, who was just a great guy and I'd really like to visit him one day.
In 2014 I was sailing from Germany to Denmark on a threemaster with the most amazing crew.
Last year a friend of mine and I drove from Germany to Italy with our really slow scooters, which was a big adventure and this year I jumped from a plane and it was just awesome!

Teach, Learn, Share

My mother language is german and I'm always happy to teach someone this crazy language.
Unfortunately the instruments I'm playing, piano and harp, are not small enough to take them with me, but if you own one of them anyway I can show you how to play them. Otherwise I can just show you how to play some fun card games or how you can braid bracelets.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I could teach you playing the piano, if you have one ;)
If you're interested in languages, I'm a very patient teacher.
Of course I would cook something for you, but preferably without meat.
