Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I belive that it is not the landscapes and beautiful views that make travelling a remarkable experience, it is the people you meet. I love to experience different cultures, meeting new people and trying to understand their perspectives of life and the world.

Interests

I have many interests, most of them involving the outdoors. I'm a big fan of mountains - hiking, biking, camping, backpacking.
I'm working on my sailing skills and dreaming about sailing around the world one day.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Last year, I spent three months cycling through beautiful Patagonia with my tent. The trip was breathtaking -I met incredibly kind people and lots of untouched nature. I also ment my boyfriend. Together we're planning our next adventure: cycling from my small village in Switzerland to Bogota, his hometown.

2023 I hiked alone for 7 weeks through the Alps in Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Switzerland. I slept in my tent, felt the power of nature, enjoyed the peace, reached my limits and felt fully living the present moment.
