About Me

I graduated from UCL last September with an MS.c in Environment & Sustainable Development. Planning alternative solutions to healthy urban living totally consumes my mind.

I would like to pursue a PhD in the field after I am done with my mission year in which I am a youth minister! I love working with children and teenagers as they are such a source of fun and excitement.

I am naturally introverted but I love meeting new people and having long conversations about topics involving social matters, music, art and movies!

Music, Movies, and Books

I just love getting moved my music. Although my favorite genres are progressive rock and classical music. And when both are intertwined it's simply fantastic !

I recommend Steve Hackett's Out of the Tunnel's Mouth album to anyone out there

My favorite movies are those by directors Michael Scorsese, Guillermo del Torro, Francois Truffaut, Jean Luc Godard among many others

Amazing cinematography never fails to impress me. I love being shocked throughout the movie and realising things that are cleverly engineered in the plot. Humour is also important when it is subtle and witty

A movie I've watched recently and which completely blew my mind is Silence. It's amazing how it transported me in a meditative manner.

I love reading novels, philosophy and biographies of people who influenced morality and are examples of being true and altruistic regardless of mainstream trends.

My favorite novel so far is the Glass Castle. I must say I haven't read many mind blowing ones and would like recommendations! I am interested in stories of redemption or those narrating an account of integrity. Anything that makes me understand myself or others a bit more by chaklenging of the way I act or of how life works in general.

Intricate writing styles do not interest me much. It's the story that matters. A touching and moving one is what remains memorable.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Helping a group of elderly in Lourdes go on their pilgrimage and having conversations with them about their lives.
