Hi!
I practice and teach yoga, and this is my way of life..... I love a good laugh, dance and a good conversation, and good food..... I love cooking....... I love quietitude too... I travel sometimes, and love to meet new people..... I feel that this life is for living, and we create our own reality through conscious daily living....

I think this surmarises my outlook on life pretty well:

Movies- probably too many movies to list here, but off the top of my head The Avatar, Matrix, Baraka....

Books - mainly phylosophical, practical and to do with self-enquiery are mostly found in my hands.
