Overview
About Me
Very much into sports, decent badminton and volleyball player ;) I like surfing (I still need to learn to catch my own wave tho) but I like the tranquility in freediving more plus the underwater world is really a beauty. I try to learn skills which will make travelling more fun and efficient, like swimming, driving, riding the scooter bikes, flying the drone. I really like thrilling activities and always up for an exciting adventure.
My travel style has changed over the years. From organizing our travels extensively to just going with the flow. I am comfortable travelling alone in my country but not abroad so I hope to meet like-minded people. I am an introvert though it might not seem so, so hopefully we can get past the awkwardness :)
Before the pandemic, I make sure to come back each year to these places, Siargao, Palawan and Cebu. These are my top 3 Philippine destinations but I'm replacing Cebu with Siquijor, I am sure you will figure out why!
My current interests aside from what I've initially mentioned are indoor cycling, rhythm boxing, obstacle course race/Spartan, rowing, hiking and running (making amends with my least preferred sport lol) so hopefully I still get to do these while travelling.
Current goals
12 mountains of 2025 | Spartan Trifecta | Half Marathon | 2026 TBR or Rome Marathon
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travel tips/Local recommendations. Discover off the beaten path. Genuine friendships. Shared adventures/experiences, food trips, stories over coffee or drink, sunset to sunrise. Meet up again with CSurfers on whichever part of this world or travel with in the future.
I do not host since I live with relatives. But I can help out in experiencing the local scenery or possibly show you around, or go on a road trip. I am always always glad to give local itineraries, contacts or tips in travelling my country :)

The Proposal, A Case of Need
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Listing a few CS related stuff... :)
- Travelled to South Luzon for a week with a csurfer who became a friend, we spent the days looking for our foster families (not the initial plan) as it turned out to be and the nights camping by our foster families backyard/frontyard. In between, we let the locals decide where we are to go. We went to unspoilt beaches, picked out fruits/vegetables, commune with the locals. It was an immersion of sort, amazing experience, one for the books. I am just as amazed by my fellow countrymen's hospitality.
- Spent my birthday away from home for the first time with CSurfers in Chiang Mai as a result of a series of unfortunate events but turned out to be a whole lot of fun. Ultimately getting out of my comfort zone and thanks to the people I've met. :)
