I travel as soon as possible, often by hitchhiking.
I'm passionate by travelling, photographying and writing: that's why I've recently launched an epistolary travel blog (in French) where I write letters about my trips and where I send postcards - Bons baisers (www.bonsbaisers.voyage). (My Instagram is in English: www.instagram.com/bonsbaisers_).
Working as a freelancer, my goal is to become a nomad, working on the road.
I usually travel with Léo (Léo Bourigan on CS). He's from Guadeloupe (a beautiful island in the Caribbean) and we met each other in Greece. We are now "Léa & Léo on the road"!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was used to host in Lyon and I really loved it: I met so much inspiring people thanks to CS. But I now live in a verry small (but cute) apartment, with Léo (a travel love story...). I love to share experiences and discover countries and cultures from inside.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: my friends would tell you I only like dead musicians. Leading the way: Elvis Presley. Well, I'm sure that Elvis lives. ;) I listen a lot of jazz music and I love to dance on old rock.
Movies: my mother would tell you I only like movies which make me cry. Actually, I like to be surprised. I can't stand guess the end.
Books: I love so many ones! I always have one in my bag. It could be a novel, classical literature, socially-engaged literature, a biography, a travel story...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I swam naked in an iced lake in December in Sweden.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to know Lyon and some French words and recipes.
I want to learn everything you want to teach me, about you, the place you come from, what you’ve seen and lived…
I want to share stories, experiences, daydreams and good food!
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Malta, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Scotland, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Turkey, United States
