Considero que la posibilidad de alojarse con gente local es una buena oportunidad de conocer de cerca distintas culturas y experiencias de vida, además de que brinda un punto de vista sobre el lugar donde viven distinto al que uno puede compartir en un alojamiento con otros extranjeros. Por otro lado, el alojar viajeros que pasan por la ciudad donde vivo me brinda la posibilidad tanto de devolver esos favores recibidos, como de la misma forma brindar asesoramiento sobre el lugar y compartir experiencias con otros viajeros. Creo que de eso se trata esta comunidad para mi.

I consider that the possibility of staying with local people is a good opportunity to get to know different cultures and life experiences up close, in addition to offering a point of view about the place where they live that is different from what one can share in an accommodation with other foreign people. On the other hand, hosting travelers who pass through the city where I live gives me the possibility both to return those favors received, as well as to provide advice on the place and share experiences with other travelers. I think that's what this community is about for me.
