I'm a 26 year old who loves travel, food, and adventures. I spend a lot of my time doing active things like hiking in the Angeles National Forest, going camping in Joshua Tree, taking road trips across the west coast, and doing fun activities like surfing and playing tennis.
I work as a creative director for a publication based around languages, so I spend all day talking and working with language! I love other cultures and meeting new people.
I am an active reader and writer, and enjoy spending time in coffee shops. I also like to oil paint, and enjoy going to museums and art shows. I freelance writing reviews and artist interviews and enjoy the art scene.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I joined couch surfing in college with roommates and had good experiences with guests. I just booked a trip to Scandinavia and am looking for places to couch surf!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have taste in music that may be considered 'obscure' like Brian Eno, Anika, Julia Holter, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Delta 5, Chelsea Wolfe, Kurt Vile. I also like classics like Black Sabbath, Curtis Mayfield, and the Mamas and the Papas.

I'm an avid reader, and like Kafka, Camus, Sartre, Celine, and Hakuri Murakami to name a few.

Some movies I like are any Miyazaki film (like spirited away), French films like Breathless, and comedies.

I went bungee jumping in New Zealand.
