Hello, dear Couch Surfers! I was turned on to Couch Surfing by the great Alex Liss, who created the documentary "One Couch at a Time." See it, it's awesome!

As for me, I love doing Consicous PR (I was a former journalist, turned Rasa Yoga teacher) as well as going on meditation retreats, attending Conscious dance events, etc. I also help put on a series of retreats each summer in Northern California called the "River of Bliss" retreats with yoga, Conscious Dance, and rafting!

I have also been a professional Caretaker myself, having lived onsite at the Blackthorne Inn in Inverness, and taking care of two sister properties as well. So, extremely respectful and a good guest.

Favorite Music - anything kirtan, on Pandora, classical music (I'm a classical pianist, myself), of course jazz, too, and that great Vince Guaraldi's "Charlie Brown Christmas" album.

Favorite Movies - I actually was a former film critic back in the day so could run you through my top 15 when we meet!

Books - just reading now Michio Kaku's "The Future of the Mind," "The Tapping Solution," by Nick Ortner, and "Yoga and the Path of the Urban Mystic," by my friend Darren Main.
