I have lived in Ten of the US's 50 states. I have lived in Germany. I have visited Fiji. I want to visit many places in China, perhaps also Russia.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Rhema Bible Training Center and Rhema Church sponsors two great events every year: Winter Bible Seminar with a World Wide Homecoming every three years or so, usually the third week in February, and Campmeeting, which is always the last full week in July. If anyone has desired to come, but did not have resources, my home is always open for surfing for these meetings, or any other gospel meetings in Tulsa.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

A girl from China came to stay for one month. It was wonderful to host her.

Interests

I love the wilderness. The farther away from civilization the better! If I have a fishing pole with me, even better! I love to hike in evergreen forests of fir, pine, spruce, etc.

I very much enjoy a good church service, where the Spirit of God is moving.
I love to sing; I did not say I was a good singer, only that I enjoy singing!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had to climb a 160 foot pole, to change light bulbs! I have climbed all the mountain peaks in the Franklin Mountains of El Paso. Once the fog set in so thick I could not see much. I thought I was going down the right place, but I was WRONG. Suddenly a breeze blew and I saw below I was trying to go down a CLIFF, not down the ridge I came up on!
