About Me

I am an innovative young guy who lives his life for Jesus. I work day-to-day as an iOS Developer, and spend my evenings being a sound guy, youth leader, friend, son and brother.

I enjoy tinkering with technology and am constantly coming up with new ideas for businesses, products, systems and everything else. I'm aiming to run my own tech company in the not too distant future, which will hopefully allow me to travel the world, telling people about Jesus!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I dig travelling, but cash is always an issue. So I've decided to stop making excuses, get out of my comfort zone and meet new people while travelling. Couchsurfing seems like a great way to travel on the cheap, meet new people and see incredible places!

Interests

My interests are simple:
- Jesus
- Introducing people to Jesus
- The "next generation"
- Food
- Technology
- Sports

  • arts
  • culture
  • dining
  • running
  • technology
  • traveling
  • socializing
  • sports
  • teaching
  • mathematics
  • science

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't listen to much music, but I enjoy chilled stuff, and supporting local artists:
- Watershed
- Plush
- Ed Sheeran
- Jack Johnson
etc

Movies: Any mind benders (the Matrix, Inception etc) and Comedy. If there's no thinking, I wanna laugh.

Books: The Bible, dystopic novels (I dig reading about peoples thoughts on alternate worlds/realities of our world) And the Clifton Chronicles - no idea why, I'm just loving the series.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the things that I found most amazing, challenging and life changing was going on a missions trip to Zambia with our church. It was my first trip and an incredible opportunity to meet people from a totally different culture and introduce them to Jesus.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a bunch about Jesus, science, maths and technology and it's awesome to be able to share that with others.

I enjoy learning about other cultures, belief systems, arts and just about anything that the teacher is passionate about. I also enjoy trying new things, especially foods and activities.

I can share life stories and experiences, as well as a home-cooked meal ;)
