ABOUT ME

Born and bred in Singapore, the tiny minuscule island in the tropics of South East Asia. Dreamt all my life of travelling and vowed that someday I would visit Barcelona after being inspired by the tacky 'Travellers' show. Making things happen by choosing to come to Europe for exchange programme for half a year.

Loves to travel and meet new people and take in new sights. Prefers the less touristy tracks. Purpose of travelling is to take in the sights and sounds of the place, not to hurry from one point to another. Loves good company and chatting, though would like to take a breather with a good book and cuppa coffee in hand at times. All in all, loves whatever life throws at me.

Everything happens for a reason. I live life to know others so that I know more about myself.

Eventful virgin couchsurfing experience in Glasgow, but it all turned out well in the end.

Interests

The obvious I love to travel. My interests are varied. Enjoy most sports. Plays reasonable table-tennis, amateurish tennis, watches soccer, tennis, basketball and any other thing in the googlebox. Listens to diverse genre of music from pop to rock to indie. Picking up the art of pool and foosball.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing under a waterfall in ChiangMai, Thailand and hearing the water roar. Followed by letting lanterns into the sky and see them turn into stars.
