ABOUT ME

I am a very outgoing person who loves to travel. I am constantly referred to as a fitness nut by my friends because I play so many sports when I am not traveling. I am very friendly and up for a laugh. I have met so many great people traveling and would love to continue.

I am a recently graduated architecture student living and working in Shanghai, China. I grew up in Manchester and studied in Liverpool, both in the north of England.

I am currently planning a two month trip around China and South-East Asia at the end April 2013 and arriving in England in time for Glastonbury Music Festival

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is all about the willingness to explore the local way of life and sharing experiences rather than just seeing the tourist destinations. You get much more of a feel for a place that way and I always try to make an effort to give something back.

In previous years I have had a few great couchsurfing experiences throughout my asia travels and I want to continue to experience more.

Interests

Fitness is a huge part of my life. While I am not travelling I participate in several football teams and and go to the gym at least 5 times a week. Besides sports and going to the gym daily I also enjoy rock music, drawing, photography and socializing. As an aspiring architect I am very artistic and love my photography. The time I have left I spend relaxing with friends or going out and meeting new people. I am obsessed with photography when I am travelling.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently my best moment has to be camping on the Great Wall of China, while enjoying a cold beer. A close second has to be the time I spent in Amsterdam, which is one of my favorite cities from my travels around Europe.

I can share my previous travel knowledge. Up to now I have traveled mostly every where in England and I have traveled all around Europe.
