ABOUT ME

I don't really like talking about myself so I'll keep this short: I have lot's of energy which means I can combine being part of lots of volunteering groups with being a workaholic. I usually sleep less than six hours a day and in busy moments this can go down to two. This is nice since I can do a lot but on the other hand I am not good at sitting still in order to, for example, write about myself.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just moved to Mechelen where I can finally host people. It is a very small apartment but it has a terrace and a very big flat roof so it's great in summer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My favorite couch surfing experiences where actually the ones outside of this side. The ones where you hitch hike and the owner of the car offer you a couch or where you are in a bar and end up going to a cottage on a mountain ten kilometers from the city. I think they stay so bright in my memory because they were so unexpected since I never had a couchsurfing experience which didn't surprise me in a cool way.

Intereses

I really love traveling which is hard to combine with working 5 days a week. this is countered by being a workaholic and by taking every chance I can. Few weeks ago I traveled to Warshaw by train for a weekend and the next plan is to hitch hike to Paris. I am also trying o find excuses for my company to send me abroad but it hasn't worked quite well up till now.

Música, películas y libros

I really like movies where people speak Dutch, apart from that I don't really have a preference in neither books nor movies, although I tend to buy (always second hande since I usually lose them) more English books since I reason that since stores don't have so many space for English books they will select the better ones.

People tell me my hitch hiking trips are auite impressive but I don't really look at them that way. What I will always remember was San Fermin or Running of the bulls.
