Overview
About Me
Life has taught me that time is the most precious thing on earth.
Love life, creating memories, building relationships and working hard towards passions.
Wanderlust is a very real battle for me!
My greatest fear isn't dying, it's lying on my death bed wishing I'd lived more.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A good friend raved about all his wonderful experiences with guests and I felt compelled to give it a shot. The greatest experiences in my life involved human connection.
Interests
I can find interest in just about everything with good company.
My solo interests tend to gravitate towards traveling and outdoor adventures
- live music
- beaches
- food
- different cultures
- natural medicine
- anything outdoors
- charity work
- health and fitness
Music, Movies, and Books
My music tastes are all over the place. I grew up listening to rock and alternative but have come to love anything from indie folk, classical, electronic...even a country song once in a while reminds me of home.
I can enjoy almost any movie given the right time and mood. Though, I truly appreciate independent films like St. Thomas, Seeking a friend for the end of the World, and Mr Nobody.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Survived a parasailing accident where I was drug under the water by ropes wrapped around my neck.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you to snowboard, and I'm also quite knowledgable about diet, nutrition and alternative medicine.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm quite skilled in carpentry. I also know my way around a kitchen. And if by chance you are rural, I grew up on a farm and can feed, water or casteurate your livestock. ;-)
