ABOUT ME

I am Leilei, Chinese and worked as a TV programme translator. Currently I am studying programming. I don't travel a lot anymore. but it's still an important part of my life. I am a big fan of languages. I speak Chinese, English and German. I like German a lot. I like sincere people, I like interesting people, I like smart people. I can be talktive sometimes, and I like to listen,too.

My name is Mychilo and I am from Santa Barbara, California, USA. I worked as an international teacher, teaching math and philosophy, which gives me a chance to live abroad and to learn about different cultures. Now I am a programmer. I try to go to at least one new country every year, but am afraid to say that I am only fluent in English. I enjoy a good philosphical conversation, as well as a lazy day at the beach, and hobbies include good literature, water sports, and writing non-fiction about the design of computer technologies and social change.

We are both friendly and kind. We like to help people out and make friends. When you come, you will know it.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Leilei travelled in Europe, and learned about Couchsufing from friends people who attended couchsurfing.
Mychilo had good time with couchsurfers in Moscow.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

All are extremely positive. I meet with amazing people, have interesting talk with them,see different worlds from them and learn so much from them. I appreciate every couchsurfing experience.

I started going to cs meetings when I lived in Moscow. Made a bunch of great friends. If you ever have a chance to visit, please say hi to everyone there for me. Been hosting surfers for a couple of months and have really enjoyed all the interesting people who have come through.

comedies, something make me laugh; serious movies, something make me think. Classic music. I listen to it in a practical way, making my mind clear when I am working. Basically all books, haven't really read any book that I don't like. But I like Chinese Philosophy the most.
