ABOUT ME

I just turned 30 a couple of months ago, and I'm really excited to have hit that milestone. I'm originally from the East Coast and moved to Colorado a couple of years ago because I felt like this is where I belong.

I have a really sarcastic sense of humor, which some people just can't handle. I like to push the boundaries of social norms and often end up offending someone or making someone uncomfortable. I can't help it, I think it's fun.

I'm a HUGE animal lover, and would rather be spending time with my two dogs, or riding horses, than just about anything else in the world.

PHILOSOPHY

My life's philosophy involves having fun. I don't take life too seriously, so I look at everything as a new adventure. I love adventures.

Interests

Essentially, I spend each day trying to teach people how to recycle, compost, and live an eco-friendly lifestyle. Some people care, others don't, but I still try and fight the good fight.

I just started learning how to rock climb. I joined a climbing gym in Boulder and am already climbing 5.11s after only my 4th visit! I am totally hooked, and can be found there at least 3-4 times a week.

Music, Movies, and Books

books - anything! I read an average of two books a week, some trashy, some intellectual. Right now I'm reading a horror book called Creep at the same time as Ishmael.
movies - horror movies and documentaries first, chick flicks second
music - I'm in a sort of musical crisis...I hate everything I've been listening to, except the classics like Dylan, Guthrie, Grateful Dead, Jewel and Nirvana (not in that order)

I have my hair dressing license, am really good at training all kinds of animals, and can teach you how to get lost in the woods in record time!
