ABOUT ME

Hi there! My newest chapter has been great so far. I traveled 12 years ago to Hawaii, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and England. I took several years off to get married, learned from that one! Now living in my own place enjoying life. I love to go to new places and meet new people. I have been re-adding places to my bucket list and have been saving for my next adventure. Life if what you make of it!

PHILOSOPHY

I treat people the way I want to be treated. I also am a firm believer of "we are here for a good time, not a long time so have a good time, the sun can't shine everyday".

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I work daily and have weekends off. I have 2 dogs which are my kids. I love going to new places and meeting new people. I have lived in Alberta in Waterton Lakes National Park and loved it. I now run my father's automotive repair shop, which I also love. I never have 2 days the same. I am involved in several different volunteer committee's. I enjoy staying busy.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Honestly, I have never couch surfed before, one of my very good friends mentioned it to me and I thought, WOW, what a great way to meet new people!

Intereses

I love campfires, country living and being the best I can be. I am involved in 2 different business groups, BNI and the Greely Business Association. I'm President of my local Snowmobile Club.

I don't have cable but I love to read. I have my music on daily. I do have a selection of DVD's.

I have hiked the Rocky Mountains, Sky dived in Nelson NZ, sailed in the Whitsunday National Marine Park, visited the International Snowmobile Hall of Fame. Life is about living and I enjoy everyday!

I would be happy to show you country living. There are many small towns close by including being about 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa. I love learning new things from people and the differences in so many cultures.
