To explore as much of the world and myself in the next year before I go home and become a real adult.

ABOUT ME

I grew up on a sailboat in Central America and since then have had a passion for travelling. I am an outgoing, fun, kind and happy individual. I love to travel and meet new people. I love to be out in nature but equally like to be in the city eating good food, having a beer with my friends or just sitting in a cafe drinking a coffee, reading my book.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to smile everyday and spend time with those I love. I think traveling is important in life to learn about who you are where you fit in to this crazy world. I work hard when I need to and will do anything in my power to help out a friend in need. Dancing, laughter and a walk in the woods are the best medicine, although sometimes a stiff drink doesn't hurt.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I am only looking to meet people and to stay with people around the world to get a genuine experience of the countries I am staying in. In the future, when I am back at home, I hope to start hosting myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have donea bit of couchsurfing in New Zealand and it was awesome. Stayed with great peeps and ended up having a mutual friend with one. Small world!

Interessen

I like exploring new culture by going to museums, reading books, watching films, exploring my surroundings, and especially by meeting new people. At home I spend my time with friends, snowboarding, scuba diving, cooking, dancing or having quiet nights at home with a book or a movie. I love experiencing new things and being exposed to new ideas and ways of life.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I read tons and it is hard to narrow down. I love sci fi, fantasy, thiklers, mysteries, novels and non fiction...told you it was hard. The same goes for movies and music. I love it all and my taste is far reaching.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I recently travelled through South America and saw some amazing sights including the fantastic Iguazu Falls, Humbolt Penguins and was able to experience the high energy of Carnival in Rio!

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I have a degree in marine biology and have traveled extensively so I can offer lots of info about those aspects of the world. I love to teach and answer questions and if I don't know something I try to find the answer.
