ABOUT ME

My friends would describe me as being compassionate, giving, non-judgemental and open hearted... and perhaps just a little bit extraverted! They also comment on and seem to enjoy how organised I am! I prefer to let my heart guide me as much as possible and I therefore tend to intuitively move through my life.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe that we create through thought (and therefore perception). Maintaining an optimistic and positive approach to life is imperative... and something that comes very naturally to me.

兴趣

Travel/Camping: exploring new places and cultures, being in nature, going to the beach. Arts/Creativity: listening to live music, seeing live performances, enjoying art exhibitions. Metaphysics: being a conscious co-creator, enjoying all of the Abraham-Hicks resources, meditation, ThetaHealing, Shamanism etc.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I used to work with students with disabilities... seeing them defy 'reality' on a daily basis was a priceless joy. Meditating on the top of Uluru (Ayers Rock). Touching a Hump Back Whale as it swam past me. Being able to completely 'heal' myself of Shingles in 3 days using ThetaHealing. Enjoying traditional hot baths in Sendai whilst being surrounded by ice and snow. Watching my closest friend's daughter being born and then being the first person to ever look into her soulful eyes!!! Climbing at high altitude in Peru.
