About Me

CURRENT MISSION To live would be an awfully big adventure!

ABOUT ME I'm easygoing, love a good laugh, love chatting to random people, I love the sound of laughter and to see a smile on someone's face. I am overly emotional and hate to see other people upset. I laugh out loud. I burst into song on random occasions. I can't dance but I do it anyway. I'm confused often and trip over my own feet and can't navigate a metro system to save my life but I try anyway. My family and friends mean the world to me. I heart sangria, roadtrips, seeing new places, ink, people watching, the winding road, long train rides, the buzz of excitement at the airport, hugs and music I can sing along to.

'I haven't been everywhere, but it's on my list'.

P.S I have a lot of visible tattoos so I hope they do not offend, but they are part of me and I love them. If they need to be covered up in certain countries please let me know :)

PHILOSOPHY Live. Love. Laugh. It's simple really. I believe in kindness and compassion and the art of being nice. 'Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a battle you know nothing about'.

'Blessed are those who can laugh at themselves, for they shall never cease to be amused..!'

'Some people are so poor all they have is money'.

'When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life.' John Lennon

'Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer'.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING What better way to meet locals. Whether it's for a catch up over coffee or somewhere to rest your head. We are all so different and I wouldn't have it any other way. What better way to learn about each other. To meet people from different cultures that you would never normally meet. 'Where ever I lay my head is home'. I'm always happy to meet new people and make new friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've been lucky to meet, host and stay with some incredible people. And so far everyone I have met has just been wonderful.

Interests

Travelling, exploring, meeting new people, walking around a new city, being on a boat or around water, different cultures, different food, different experiences, spending time with friends and family, watching movies, music and having a good laugh.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Waking up at 4am to go hot air ballooning over Cappadocia in Turkey. Absolutely magical day. And no one from home would believe me haha lucky I have the selfies to prove it.

Dark caving in Phong Nha National Park in Vietnam blew my mind. Mud, mud and more mud.

Seeing the Great Pyramids of Giza was insane. Never have I seen something so huge and spectacular. Insane in the membrane.

Seeing Tigers in Ranthambhore National Park in India. Still something to this day I can't quite believe.
