My name is Lena.
In June 2025, I got my Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and quit all my jobs. So now I'm an ex-museum educator, ex-social worker, and ex-tutor. But I still remain a game practitioner, an artist, a solo traveler, and just a genuinely nice person.
My biggest dream is to travel around the world and perceive as much authentic and unique experience as I can. And I have a chance to make my dream come true as now I work remotely.
I’m always excited to meet new people and share stories, cook meals, explore nature or just spend time together. I think being together and trying to understand each other is the most magical thing in the world. That’s why I love traveling and truly believe that traveling is always about people✨

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing, for me, is a place where I meet people and feel a deep connection with them. Once a couchsurfer — always a couchsurfer. There’s nothing more precious to me than knowing I have a friend in every corner of the world.

Interests

I'm a very all-round kind of person. I love nature and all sorts of outdoor activities: hiking and camping in the mountains, skiing, kayaking, surfing, bouldering, and climbing 🌄⛷️🏄🏼‍♀️🧗🏽‍♀️🚣🏻‍♀️
For me, the outdoors is a way of thinking, a life philosophy that you are connected with nature and a part of it.
I have a background in philosophy and contemporary art (actually those were my majors in the university) four years of working in museums, and six years of volunteering in psychoneurological shelters for people with special needs.
