I love all music that moves me or my body. It goes from Reggae over Deep House to Live Cumbia. One of the benefits of traveling is that you get to know so many different styles from all the different countries. Stay open minded.
Books that are touching hearts are the best! Like Paolo Coelho's "Manuscript found in Accra" Jan-philipp Sendker's "The Art of Hearing Heartbeats". I also like fictional books with dragons and knights.
Whatever keeps my hungry soul satisfied and fullfilled with inspiration.
