ABOUT ME

My name is Lena Becker, I‘m a 24 year old student living in the heart of Bavaria, Munich. After finishing my school I went to Australia for 6 months to do the „typical“ work & travel thing. That‘s where I discovered Couchsurfing and did it for about 3 or 4 times. I love the concept of meeting new people and usually locals. My boyfriend and I like to travel a lot, but as we are both students Couchsurfing gives us the opportunity to do so for a very low budget, which is great. We‘re always open minded and willing to see new countries, people and hopefully make friends all over the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I did it for a few times during some longer stays abroad and want to try it again, since I love to travel and it gives you so much good opportunities in so may different ways.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Since I mostly stayed with male hosts, I was a bit concerned in the first place. But I have to say most of the time everything went really well.

兴趣

I like to travel, do sports (well going to the gym 😉), meeting friends and making new ones, going to the movies, having deep conversations, I read a lot and like to listen to good music

I‘m a 90‘s kid! Always comedy, sometimes drama. Books should be thrillers or even crime stories.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Living in a campervan in Melbourne during high summer season isn‘t always fun, so I‘m still beyond thankful for our spontaneous stay at a beachhouse of the nicest greek guy who even took us out on his boat to have a BBQ on the ocean. Amazing experience!!!
