About Me
CURRENT MISSION
cherish the fact that your imperfections are unique ;-)
ABOUT ME
I am a very intuitive, sensitive and communicative person. I guess that´s why I became a social worker :-) Before becoming a social worker I studied german literature and linguistics, because I am also in love with language(s). I love going to concerts as much as I love being outdoors. Last year I did a training on outdoor education in a magical place where we stayed mostly outdoors... a dream came true: sleeping in the woods, bathing in an ice-cold river, cooking with fire... a goal for the upcoming time will be to have more of that in my daily life.
PHILOSOPHY
I do not think that a philosophy fits life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
by welcoming couch surfers in the somewhat sleepy, but overall very nice town of st. pölten
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
a friend "sent" me a couch surfer, when i was living in salzburg; in lisoboa i met Eduardo for a drink; in cascais, i stayed at a couchsurfer´s place. i hosted a couple from poland and two bicyclists from the czech republic in my hometown.
Interests

Music, Movies, and Books
movies: mostly where people talk a lot and say great things... and crazy movies like "eternal sunshine of the spotless mind"
books: middlesex by jeffrey eugenides, love in the time of cholera by gabriel marcia marquez...
music: there is great music for any time of life... but quietness can be even "greater"; some of my favourite singers / groups are: lenine, adao negro (brasil), bob dylan, ane brun and many many more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
the world holds too many amazing things for us to feel and see, and too many gruel things, too. at this time of my life, i feel really amazed by babys and small children.
Teach, Learn, Share
I was told that my enthusiasm for even small things is very infectious; don´t know if it is true, but you can try out.
