be outside of my comfort zone, travel, explore and do acroyoga :)
I'm 26 years old girl from Slovakia. I moved to UK when I was 19 and worked and studied there. After my studies I'm mostly traveling and working/volunteering wherever I am.
I'm a huge animal lover - especially dogs and it's sad to see so many dogs in such a poor conditions while traveling. I'm happy to help in animal care if needed :)
My first volunteering abroad was in dive centre in Oman which was great (and I could do my open water certificate).
Afterwards, I got an internship short-term relief management job in Eco lodge in Tanzania.
I'm currently traveling since January 2016, I started in Thailand where I volunteered in school, visited Singapore, afterwards I spent 3 months in Sri Lanka (also did some volunteering) and then flew to India where I'm currently staying.
My main purpose in India was to do 200 hours yoga teacher training which I really enjoyed and then I decided to stay mostly in North India and do hiking in Himalayan mountains ;)
Life's philosophy, hm... I just say, 'Do what you do and have fun doing it and try not to be too miserable.
Also, be nice to people (and animals) as you want people to be nice to you
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Great concept for travellers to meet locals and and have friends in different countries, cultural exchange etc :)
Also good for hosts who are unable to travel (not only) but want to meet people from different cultures/countries and show them around (engage them in local culture)
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I was attending (not regularly) Couchsurfing meetings in my area - Southampton (UK)
Also I did my dissertation about CS in 2014.
Mostly as a couchsurfer as I'm travelling at the moment
I was not able to host much in the past as my flatmate didn't agree on hosting people at our place
Sports - yoga and ACROYOGA so any acroyogi out there, lets meet up :D
I also love traveling, exploring new places and hiking and spending my time with animals
meeting new people & going concerts
I enjoy having a long walks and conversations, music of various kinds
From cooking I like the most making soups and salads :)
- scuba diving

Movies: I enjoy the most psychological thrillers and films with twist, sometimes like to watch something funny so comedies
Films: Shawshank Redemption,Sixth Sense, Seven, Inception, Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind, Fight Club, Beautiful Mind, The wolf of Wall Street,Get him to the Greek- to name a few

Did amazing 5 days safari in Tanzania seeing loads of wildlife and staying in the campsite in Serengeti park and Ngorongoro crater
Epic motorbike trip in Leh Laddakh in Indian Himalayas.
And many more: )
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm sure I could teach people some of my knowledge/skills
(Exchange of recipes, teaching yoga, doing acroyoga together, teaching English, helping with animals)
I would also like to learn more about blogging, marine environment, Environmental issues and be able to learn & practice more acroyoga
I want to learn so many things...so I'll be happy to try out quite anything (trying to overcome my fears as well :)
I think you can learn something from every person/place/experience you meet/have.
