I'm not a specialist for "how to live" :-) but, I think I can teach you:

how to cook healthy
I can run with you
Show you how to take things easy
How to expect good things instead of being worried
how to speak spanglish and portunol

show you that this place looks much better if you smile and expect good things, believe in people and share anything you might consider valuable. U never know the value of things u do for others...no knowledge is needed, no education required...just a bit of your energy. U will get everything back. Poco a poco.
