ABOUT ME

We are a couple. My boyfriend Peter and I love travelling, road trips, hiking and walking in nature, meeting new people, taking photos, doing yoga. We are both "green minded", enjoy good literature, good conversation, authentic experiences and places, fresh air and home-made food... I am a vegetarian, I love animals and enjoy foreign languages! Peter teaches at the Dept. of English and American studies, his main fields are environmental literature, British history, etc. When travelling, we are both very keen to get some authentic experience of the places, and the best way to do it is to speak with local people! This is why we appreciate the couchsurfing experience. You always gain an invaluable insight into the life of the given place from the locals.

PHILOSOPHY

We should get back to our roots and see where we come from in order to understand where we wanna go. We should understand the place we are living, the sense of place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have some couchsurfing experience that has been very positive! We like the idea behind it, we have met very nice CS people! We would like to welcome any potential guests to come over to our home in Roznov pod Radhostem, which is a nice little town in the mountains with a genius loci :-)
