我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A trip with my mother (when I was sixteen or seventeen)to England Uffington/ Whitehorse hill.
Instead of taking the bus we decided to walk to see the white horse hill. I had read about the White Horse when I was very young, so I was really looking forward to seeing it in real life. It had a very mystic connotation for me.
We walked and we walked, and with every little white stripe I saw I asked my mother: look,is it the White horse?
But my mother remarked it had to be a lot bigger than just a white stripe.
We walked for a very long time,and suddenly I saw one big white stripe after another !
I began to run,because I wanted to see all of the Horse, and my mum started laughing because I had to run for a long time before I was able to see all of it :)
