ABOUT ME

I used to be an outgoing young woman who liked social activities and cultural events. Nowadays only my work is very social, in private I want my life to be peaceful and simple - the meditation and yoga are excellent tools for that! I´m more interested in inner searching, to find out who I really am.
Even though I´m not into alcohol or partying anymore, I rarely say no to dancing, especially salsa or other latin dances! :-)

PHILOSOPHY

It is no use worrying about past or future, all you have to do is concentrate on this moment! (easier said than done....)

兴趣

Meditation (Vipassana), yoga (ashtanga), dancing (afrodance, salsa, Finnish traditional dances, Argentinian tango), vegetarianism, travelling, jogging and other sports, hiking, horse back riding, nature, animals (especially cats!), culture (theatre, music, books etc.) etc.

I love them all. At the moment I read a lot, but music and films are also very important to me. I don´t have a television, I want to spend my valuable free time for more important things.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Mentally I have had rewarding and deep experiences in Vipassana-retriets.

In physical level the best experience was hang-gliding above the mountains of Rio de Janeiro! I enjoyed the feeling beeing extremely free, like a bird. I'll never forget it! :-)
