I'm a 27 year old freelance researcher in the UK TV industry. I've worked on lots of different shows but I'm keen to do more comedy work in future. I'm originally from South East England but I've also lived in Manchester in the North West of England and Glasgow in Scotland. I'm a pretty chilled and easy-going person who loves meeting new people and exploring new places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I set this up ages ago but never really used it. It was only whilst in India that people were talking about Couchsurfing and I thought I should revisit it. I love meeting new people whilst travelling and exploring new places and I think Couchsurfing could be massively handy for both.

Interests

I'm a big fan of stand up comedy. I also enjoy seeing live music - I went to Glastonbury Festival this year which was amazing. I'm really interested in politics. I love cooking (and eating) different foods. I like the great outdoors and a decent hike. When I'm not doing any of these things I'm happy chilling with a good book, film or box set... or just heading down the pub for drinks with mates.

My favourite movies include Pride, This is England, Superbad, Whiplash... and (please don't judge me for this) I also have a massive soft spot for The Lego Movie.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Whilst in India I did a four day trek over the Hampta Pass in the Himalayas. Easily on of the best things I've ever done. Absolutely amazing scenery.
