I'm Leo currently living in Edmonton, Canada but have been traveling on and off for the last five years. I enjoy traveling and meeting new people as well as experiencing new cultures, places and food. Aside from traveling I'm into my movies, TV shows (mainly comedies), and gaming. I also enjoy going out for a few drinks every so often as well.

Decided to join in advance of a trip to the states as although there are some nice hostels they seem pretty expensive which makes me think the atmosphere might not be great and the US seems like a great place to give couch surfing a try! Also it sounds like it will be a great way to meet people especially locals with a decent knowledge of their own city...

I'm really into my soccer (football) and follow the premier league and championship. I've been skiing a couple of times and worked two seasons in New Zealand (Mt Ruapehu). I'm currently using my Netflix account quite a bit and try and watch a few new movies a week and am always looking out for new shows to watch..this will probably change when I'm travelling again though...
