ABOUT ME

I'm an Au Pair at the moment but I haven't seen much of Ireland so far, thats why I wanna use Couchsurfing - to see the country, to meet people and to have fun.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I don't live at home so I can't offer someone a couch but as soon as I start studying and I have my own flat I'd like to help some people out with a sleeping plase :)

None so far... But hopefully some good ones soon ;)

Interests

At home we have a lot of animals- horses, dogs, cats, rabbits, we even had some goats. So I do horseriding not just a hobby but as also as a real sport. I go on competions nearly every weekend during the summer...
I'm also interested in music but unfortunately I'm not very good in making it :D Though I play the flute.
I'm very interested in religion, this is why I want to become a teacher for religious education.
I love to travelle and see new places! The nature has so many wonderful things to show that I'm afraid to not being able to explore all of them in this life!

Music, Movies, and Books

books: too many :D but mainly fantasy stuff!
I love Harry Potter (both, films and books)
movies: The dead poets society, Pride and Prejudice, Black Swan, many German movies, Michel aus Lönneberga, ...
music: classical (choir music), indie rock, german pop, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just a few things:
-The Rocky Mountains were amazing and I saw a waterfall for the first time in my life.
-The cliffs at the west coast of Ireland, something that you have to see by yourself. Its not possible to imagine it from pictures!
-Paris at night time, its so beautiful!
-Sylt, the small island in the North Sea belonging to Germany is my favorite place for holiday (and I met my boyfriend there :)
-Regensburg, the nicest city in Germany, Bavaria

Teach, Learn, Share

I think you never stop learning in your life!
Cs is a very good way to learn about other countries, their mentality, language and their lifestyle. Even in your own country are more differences than you think. So exploring them can be great fun.
I'd love to show people the way I live and I'd also love to lern from them as well :)
