Hello, it's Leon.
Lately, I am studying at the university in Heidelberg. A year ago I did my Erasmus in Kraków. Currently I'm doing a mini-roadtrip through the Czech Republic, Poland and Sweden :D

I love studying everything. What fascinates me the most, is the lesser-known things about various cultures: Did you know that there is a connection between the Polish and the Haitians because Polish soldiers helped them against the French colonialists?

If we meet, I'd love to show you my city and tell you some interesting facts about it (granted, not all are interesting to everyone ;)

My interests revolve around learning things (NOT only studying of course) about my environment: I love to read and learn about obscure things and tell them to people if they want.

Sometimes though, the best thing in the world is simply hanging out somewhere with a drink and enjoying the moment, discussing some philosophical questions or just life in itself.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like going back to the classics of books and movies. Currently, my favorite author is Philipp K. Dick (Blade Runner, The Man in the High Castle,...) but honestly that might change when I find the next book I love.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visited 3/5 of the germiest tourist attractions (according to some random list on the internet)...
But honestly, my favorite moments are usually when I reach places "at the edge of the universe" where there is only the Sea in front of me and the whole world behind me.
