Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a very new Couchsurter but I joined Couchsurfing because I like to travel the world and meet new and inspirational people with whom I can share a day or two, eat good food with or have a interesting conversation.
Also the concept of helping others and giving them shelter when they most need it and being hosted in return seems very satisfying and enriching. It's a concept that relies on mutual trust, fairness and readiness to help.
There sure are people who seek to exploit this great concept, but that's not what I wanna do and that's not what makes a "true" Couchsurfer.
It's, as everything in life, a give and take! Don't expect to get everything and to give nothing.

Interests

I really like to eat and cook, from Vegetarian to Vegan, but also Steak and Fish. I eat everything but accept all diets! ;) Pasta is life btw. :)
I like to explore, take risks, or simply hang out.
I like nature in all its forms, from forests and deserts to seas and rocky mountaintops.
