HI! I'm from China and currently an exchange student in Amsterdam. Actually it's my first time in Europe and also the first time abroad (I know!) so everything is exciting for me ! Except for some boring courses I'm taking here haha. Although not boring, I can't say that I'm a funny person due to my nature I guess. But I am easy going and open minded and do like to to have interesting conversations with people from different background and get to know each other. So it's will be wonderful if we can talk and share a lot given the opportunity to stay with you! And I think it's a good idea to let you know that I'm gay to make it easier for us to communicate and understand each other.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I've known couchsurfing for a long time and think it's really cool but haven't got a chance to really use it. Now since I'm going to travel around I think it's a good opportunity to start my couchsurfing experience! It's always facinating for me to know new people and listen to their stories and understand how the experience can shape people. Being a couchsurfer also makes me feel different from a regular turist by having more insight into the place that I visit through local people's eyes. And as a green hand in travelling, I'm sure I can learn a lot about travelling and about life from you, which I will truely appreciated and cherish!!

兴趣

Cooking (still learning) , baking. Well I have to admit that I don't have any real hobbies so far...I'm the kind of person that is interested in many things but don't really have the passion to do something all the way through... But obviously it's conclusive that food is a thing I'm interested in although not so convincing according to my figure and the quantity that I can take. But BELIEVE me I'll be more than grateful if you can introduce or even teach me how to cook some amazing local food!!!

Recently I keep listening to Of Monsters and Men, but in general I don't have any preference for a genre of music. As for books the last one I read was a Chinese sci-fi named Three Body. It's a wonderful book with a lot of thinking about society and human instead of solely imagination.

I can teach you some Chinese(Madarin) if you are interested and tell you a lot about modern China (since I'm not a good history student lol) and its culture. And if you want to know more about me of course I can share my experience but I don't really have much to share as you know I don't have much experience in travelling and everything. But I'm more than willing to share with you my life, my culture and everything that you may be interested in and open to talk EVERYTHING!!
Also I'm curious about the world and always willing to learn about the culture especially when it's very different from mine. Food is one thing that I am for so it would be awsome if I have the chance to learn how to cook local food or food from your home country! I can also cook some Chinese food! But due to the accessibility to the ingredients needed it might be hard to put it into practice!
