Hello couchsurfers!!

I'm 35 years old, currently living a weird and wonderful life in Worthing- just along the coast from Brighton UK.
I perform magic, immersive acting, and run my own company- The Soapbox Circus.

For the last 3 years I lived in my magic bus Tallulah, but now I finally have a flat to call my own, so it's time to give back to this amazing community :-)

Aside from performing, I love nature and the outdoors, being creative and making art, meditation and qigong, music and dancing, watching films, dressing up, being silly, and generally enjoying the wild adventure that we call life.

I'm plant based and love to cook, trade recipes, and of course eat- the best part :)

I love to travel and to meet new people!! I really like to meet new friendly faces, and try to experience new places from a locals perspective, and make friends all around the world along the way :-)

Música, películas y libros

I love a wide variety of music, from irish folk to drum and bass! Anything that can make you smile and get you up and moving- I love to dance, going to live gigs and plenty of festivals!

Favourite films- I have a lot of these!! So here is a quick sample off the top of my head: The Prestige, Fight Club, Gangs of New York, The Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal, the LOTR trilogy, Braveheart, Hook,

Books- The Night Circus, I love, love, LOVE this book! Into the Wild, American Gods, Game of Thrones, To Kill a Mockingbird, The Hobbit+ LOTR. I'm always open to suggestions, currently reading The Prestige, as my favourite film was based on this book.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Starting up my Circus has been an amazing experience, a great chance to be creative, work with some amazing artists and spaces, and create amazing experiences. It over 10 years of really hard work to get everything to where it is now, so I am very proud of that work, and look forward to living the Circus life for as long as possible!

Magic! Always happy to demonstrate some magic (and can teach a couple of party tricks to those that would like to learn)
Cooking- I love to cook and to share recipes
I am interested in sustainable living, so would like to learn some home-growing and permaculture skills.
