Hey there! I'm Leonardo!
You can call me Leo or Leozinho (Little Leo), that's how my friends call me because I'm very short hahaha. Feel free to call me that. I'm a little (or very) crazy and creative. So craziness+creativity=a lot of laughs!

I was born and live in Campinas, a big city 100km from São Paulo (you may know it, it's much more known than Campinas). I'm 21 now. I learn languages as a hobby since I was a teen and recently I decided to go to linguistics college and make languages my life!

I love languages, but what I love the most is people. I work in a volunteer group called Grupo Leme, our intention is to make a difference and give a direction to people's lives, sometimes just by being a friend in this world where we rarely find one. We have projects such as sports, social care, dance and many others! The one I'm most engaged in is our theater/circus/body expression group called Vela Aberta, in which we impact people by helping them to develop socially and express themselves better.

This difference in people's lives is what I like the most to do. And that's why I'm here on Couchsurfing, to meet new people, make friends for life, let them make a difference in my life as I try to make a difference in theirs.

I want to get to know new people and make friends. Especially, since I love languages and other cultures, I don't want to lose an opportunity to meet and talk to foreigners! Also, I've always dreamed of traveling the world. One day I'll do it! And Couchsurfing will be of much help haha.

I like thriller movies, the ones you can't stop watching because you NEED to know what's going to happen, but you have no idea!

On the other hand, my favorite movie is Le Fabuleux Destin D'Amélie Poulain. It's a French cult movie with a great message. Watch it if you haven't already :)

I love the Harry Potter series as well. When I was a kid, I used to dress as him XD
