Overview
About Me
I'm a grad student in astrophysics here @ Universidade Federal do Rio Grande / Brazil and I love pretty much everything related to science. I used to work as a software developer prior choosing to pursue an academic life and I also enjoy everything a computer geek could enjoy :). I have a simple life, I'm very shy but I love to hang out with my friends and to meet people from different backgrounds.
Love to play Games, RPGs, boardgames and cardgames. These hobbies are what made me who I am.
And...I love cats! One of the best things in the world is to wake up with my two kitties cuddling with me in the morning.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I often need to travel in a budget to attend conferences related to my research field, usually going alone. While traveling, in days that I'm not working, I love to meet the city and country I'm staying in, couchsurfing give me the opportunity to meet the locals while I do that.
Interests
Astrophysics and Science in general. I also like hiking and camping, seeing landscapes I never saw in my life is reinvigorating.

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a taste for Music that ranges from Angra to Lana Del Rey (with industrial in between). My favorite all time band is HIM, but usually I listen to female voiced music: Hole, Garbage, Tove Lo, Lorde, Lana del Rey, Brody Dalle (solo) etc.
My favorite category of movies is sci-fi: 2001, Interstelar, Moon, Vanilla Sky. But I also like moves like the ones from David Lynch. I'm a huge fan of Mulholland Drive.
My favorite book is Slaughterhouse-Five.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I never did something amazing, maybe surviving several spontaneous pneumothorax.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can help with Physics, Math and Basic Programming. I'm open to learn any kind of stuff :)
