Olá! Sou de Curitiba, no Sul do país. Sempre morei por aqui com minha família e sempre adorei o ambiente da cidade. Tenho 19 anos e sou estudante de engenharia da Universidade Federal do Paraná, no momento, ainda no começo do curso. Adoro conhecer novas pessoas e, principalmente, novas culturas! Gosto de pensar que existe mais no mundo do que simplesmente os lugares da nossa rotina e, portanto, viajar é com certeza algo que amo com todo meu coração!

Hi there! I'm from Curitiba, a city in the South of Brazil, I've always lived here with my family and have always loved the environment of the city. I'm 19 and study engeneering at the Federal University of Parana, at the moment, in the beginning of the course. I love to meet new peolpe and, manly, new cultures. I like to think that there's more in the world than just the places of our routine and, therefore, travelling is surely something i love with all my heart!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Estou no couchsurfing pois planejo fazer um mochilão para o Uruguai no final de 2019/começo de 2020, com meu melhor amigo aqui de Curitiba. Esta plataforma me pareceu uma ótima oportunidade para conhecer novas culturas conforme viajo e, como qualquer mochileiro, estou de ouvidos abertos para sugestões de hospedagem. :)

I'm at couchsurfing because i'm planning on doing a backpack trip to Uruguay at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020, with my best friend here in Curitiba. This platform seemed to me as a great opportunity for meeting new cultures as i'm travelling and, just like any other traveller, i'm all ears for hosting tips. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Gosto muito de bandas como Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks e Imagine Dragons. Se fosse pra escolher uma preferida, acho que seria Cage the Elephant.

Gosto de filmes de ficção e aventura, ou alguma comédia boa que esteja passando. Não gosto muito de filmes de suspense e terror, mas, se estiver na companhia de bons amigos, o filme realmente não é tão importante assim.

Como os filmes, os livros que mais me atraem são também de ficção/aventura. Meu livro preferido de infância foi "Perdido em Marte", não sei bem como ou porque, mas me relacionei bastante com o personagem. Gosto também de livros bibliográficos, principalmente de pessoas que admiro e tomo como exemplo.

I like bands such as Arctic Monkeys, The Kooks and Imagine Dragons. If had to choose one favourite, i guess it would be Cage the elephant.

I like fiction/adventure movies, or a good comedy one that's playing on TV randomly. Horror/thriller movies are not my favourite ones, but, if your're in good company, the film is really not that important.

Like the movies, the books that drawn my attention the most are the fiction/adventure ones. My favourite chilhood book was "Lost in Mars", not really sure why or how, but i really related to the main character. I also like bibliographic books, manly the ones about people who i look up to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Pulei de Paraquedas! Foi uma coisa que sempre quis fazer.

Além disso, passei um tempo viajando pela Europa e foi uma das melhores viagens da minha vida.

I jumped off an airplane with a parachute! It was something i've always wanted to do.

Apart from that, I spent sometime travelling across Europe and it was one of the best trips of my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Creio que estamos constantemente aprendendo e ensinando. Cada interação com outras pessoas nos permite crescer um pouco e aprender mais sobre nós mesmos. E existe lugar melhor para isso que em um mochilão?

I believe that we're constantly learning and teaching. Each interaction with other people allows us to grow a little and learn more about ourselves. And what better than a backpack trip for that??
