I am currently living and working in Quintana Roo, Mexico at a small non-profit language school. Before arriving in Mexico I spent 3 months in Colombia traveling around and trying to learn Spanish and salsa (I have had more success with salsa than Spanish!) I am also really interested in history and social affairs. I have worked for charities for the past 6 years and I am always really interested to hear about social challenges and solutions in places I visit, I enjoyed learning more about the civil war when I was in Colombia. I also like to party, I'm British so I like to have a few drinks, and I love the beach!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I want to improve my Spanish (and salsa) and I want to meet new people. My best travel experiences have always come from speaking with locals and I hope that will continue through couchsurfing.
