I am a 20 year old student from Germany. I just did an Erasmus semester in Pamplona, Spain. I want to meet people and improve my Spanish as I think it is the most beautiful language in the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As most people here, I like cheap travelling and meeting people from the countries I am travelling to. I would not want to sleep in a luxury hotel when I have the possibility to stay at a locals place and experience such hospitality.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like songs in Spanish, as this language has a melody just by speaking it! I listen to various artists, some of my favourites are Muerdo, Herencia de Timbiquí, bomba estéreo and Monsieur Periné. Uhh and for dancing and actually also in general, I like Cumbia!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I traveled to morocco last year, I did a trip to the desert, as many tourists do. But I had the chance to stay two whole days at the desert camp (normally the tourists just stay for the night). My boyfriend and me were alone with just one moroccan guy who was responsible for looking after the camp when there were no tourists. All the other guys from the camps close to our one came over and we spend the whole day with playing the drums, surfing, cooking and laughing without beig able to communicate properly, because only one of the boys spoke a bit English.

Teach, Learn, Share

I study international development studies and am much concerned with political issues and the global world order. I try to be open to differentness without judging (humans tend to judge too often!) By traveling, I want to hear peoples opinions and see others strategies to enjoy life.
