Hello dear couchsurfers :)
My name is Leonie, I'm 28 years old and from Germany.
I'm a student and in my free time I enjoy doing sports such as bouldering or yoga and generally just being outdoors for hiking, camping, snowboarding, etc.
When being in cities, I love trying out restaurants, cafés and bars, going to art museums, listening to live music and also just wandering around.
Currently, I'm staying in Brazil for an internship - and I'd be happy to connect to some Couchsurfers here :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great way to meet people, explore new places and get an authentic insight in the life of others.
Unfortunately, I can't host couchsurfers at the moment, because my apartment is too small, but I hope to be able to give back some of the hospitality that I'm receiving one day :)

I love reading - my top 3 books ever would probably be Les Miserables, The Second Coming and The Eighth Life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of my favorite memories is a hike that I did in the Swiss Alps: I was sleeping outside, there was still some snow, I made a bonfire in the evening and had the best view on two lakes one one side and high mountain peaks on the other side.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love cooking, so I'm always up for making a dinner. Or helping with cooking - weirdly I really enjoy cutting veggies.
Generally, I'm pretty easy going and can adapt to your daioy life and plans - I'm happy to hang out and do things together, but I can also do my own thing.
