This is my personal profile. (I am no longer married)
Most of my references refer to both myself and my ex-husband. I assure you, I'm still just as rad without him around. Lol

There are some people who just want to relax and do nothing while on vacation. I am the opposite. I want to do everything, go everywhere, and see everything. Hungover or not, I will find a way to have fun.

Be courteous, but don't brown nose. Support eachother, but point out hypocrisy. Stand up for yourself and stand up for others who can not do so for themselves. ALWAYS try to learn something new.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My participation took quite the hit with my divorce. Its pretty much disappeared for the time being. I plan to rejoin as a surfer and a host in the near future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I once let my rotund friend Brad sleep on my couch for months at a time. He became know as the "G.O.C" (Guy On Couch). That was 19 years ago.

I have a hosted a collection of travelers from this website. So far, it has been an exciting way to meet new friends and make connections with people all over the place!

Disney parks. Craft beer. Liberal politics. Reading lots of books. Roller coasters. Any and ALL museums. .Water Parks. Outdoor activities : swimming, hiking, fishing, having bonfires, playing with my pets, canoeing/rafting, etc. Making LOTS of art. Watching comedies and documentaries. Putting hotsauce, pepper, and/or jalapenos on EVERYTHING I eat. Meeting new people. Seeing new places. Enjoying the experiences I create for myself. Making fun of people. Urban Exploring. Anything artsy-fartsy.

Movies: Anything by John Waters, Jackass, True Romance, Cannibal The Musical, The Wild And Wonderful Whites Of West Virginia, Suburbia,Freaks, Pretty In Pink, Beerfest, Dinner For Schmucks, Romper Stomper, Tropic Thunder, and any documentaries about science, religion, true crime or history.

Music: punk, oi, ska, doom country, bluegrass, rockabilly, psychobilly, black metal, industrial, 80's hair metal, riotgrrrl, new wave, post punk...I would start naming bands, but that would be too long and a little vulgar. Ever heard of Revolting Cocks or Nashville Pussy? Yikes!

Books: ,The God Delusion/Richard Dawkins, any book by Edward Gorey, Pride And Prejudice/ Jane Austen, Angela's Ashes/ Frank McCourt, Quest In Paradise/ David Attenborough, God Is Not Great/ Christopher Hitchens....lots of true crime
