ABOUT ME

I teach Chinese at the College of Charleston. That, pretty much, says it all. I am a Polish man teaching Chinese in Charleston, SC. Now, you go and figure...
I usually spend all my free time traveling. I love to explore places around me and farther away. I traveled mostly in Asia, but I love hiking, camping, and trekking anywhere, also in North America. I got to know the South pretty well--Charleston and South Carolina and around. But my second home is China--I go there every year. One other thing I love to do is to eat and to cook. I travel in order to eat. I look for places and things I want to try--I have a whole list of things I need to eat everywhere I go. So, that is a big passion of mine. I collect recipes and I have a feeding disorder. Which means, that if you come to stay with me, I will host you, show you around, and feed you--if you kindly accept! But I am respectful of people who prefer to be on their own. I am extremely liberal in concern with others (politics, religion, life style, etc.). but I tend to be conservative when it comes to my own life--I give myself a hard time :) I have been living in the US for 13 years now, mostly in the West Coast, which I love, but I was not born here. I love people and I want to share the things I have with everybody.
