ABOUT ME

I have a band called Les Bicyclettes Blanches and a couple new projects called Margo in the USA and Sophie et la Femme. I would like to travel more soon everywhere but to europe hopefully in the near future to play music, do some theatre, film, take photographs and write.

PHILOSOPHY

I studied Philosophy in France actually, and my personal one always vary, change is key, flexibility, as within so without, we belong to the earth, the earth doesn't belong to us, be receptive as my old Yoga teacher used to say....

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I am a Yoga teacher among other things and I've studied with many schools, stretching and breathing is key, putting extra oxygen through can really make a difference, letting go, day dreaming, excellent, that's the start to creating one's own life, be grateful for everything even the smallest thing.
